Two Approaches, Same Great Result
Virtual Visit
Best for patients anywhere in the country.
Our virtual evaluation is a modified version of the clinical exam: same clinicians, same framework, but adapted for video. From your home, we observe your lower body mechanics, walk through your symptom history, review your footwear, and watch you move through standing, squatting, and walking sequences to determine the correction your orthotic needs.
Once we’ve completed the evaluation and designed your orthotic, it’s handcrafted in our lab and shipped to your door. Follow-up adjustments are handled the same way with a virtual evaluation: ship your device back to us for modification, and we’ll return it to you.
What’s included:
- Clinician-led video evaluation
- Symptom history and mechanics review
- Footwear recommendations
- Custom orthotic designed and shipped to you
- Virtual follow-up appointments and modification support (up to 4 in the first year)
In-Clinic Visit
Best for patients who can travel to us.
During an in-clinic evaluation, your clinician works with you hands-on, assessing foot and ankle mechanics in standing, squatting, and walking positions, evaluating flexibility, reviewing your footwear, and building the complete picture needed to prescribe the right correction.
You’ll also see the lab where your orthotics are handcrafted, meet the team fabricating your device, and get direct footwear recommendations, including access to our Saucony account for properly fit, clinically appropriate shoes.
What’s included:
- Full clinical evaluation of lower extremity mechanics
- Hands-on flexibility and mobility assessment
- Standing, squatting, and gait observation
- Footwear review and recommendations
- Custom orthotic prescription, designed on-site
- Dispensing appointment and up to 4 follow-ups in the first year
What Our Patients Think
Who We Help
Orthotics For Everyone!
We help patients living with:
- Plantar fasciitis, heel pain, and arch pain
- Knee, hip, and lower back pain connected to foot mechanics
- Post-surgical recovery and long term biomechanical support
- Overuse injuries from running, standing jobs, or daily wear and tear
- Balance, stability, and gait concerns
We also work with professional athletes, including players from the WTA. The same evaluation we use to keep them on tour is the one we use to get you through your workday without pain.
